TAMARIND VEG KADI


Ingredients: -
Carrot – 100gms, brinjal – 100gms, tomato – 100gms, oil – 50gms, Bengal gram flour – 50gms, tamarind juice – 1/2lt, chilly powder – 1 spoon, turmeric – 1 spoon, green chillis – 6, coconut milk – 2 cups, mustard – ½ spoon, cumin seeds – ½ spoon, red chillis – 3, pinch of inguva, curry leaves, salt – for taste.

Method: - Take a dish and pour water. Boil the chopped, carrot, beans in it. Take a dish with mustard, cumin seeds, red chillis and fry them in oil. Mix chilly powder, turmeric, inguva and add them in the boiling vegetables. Also add green chillis, tomatoes, curry leaves and boil the mixture. Finally add required salt, coconut milk and turn off the burner. Tamarind veg kadi is ready to serve.
