BAJRA ROTI
Ingredients: - Bajra flour – ¼ g, sesame seeds 50gms, salt – for taste.
Methods: - Heat the bajra flour with sesame seeds and make dough by adding water. Take little dough and make a round ball. Press the balls with hand flatly and place gently on the pan and heat it on both sides without oil. Don’t make the balls at a time as it becomes dry. So make each ball and fry it and so on. Bajra roti is ready to serve.
