BEANS CURRY


Ingredients: -
Beans – ½ kg, onion – 1, ginger garlic paste – 1 spoon, sesame powder – 1 spoon, garam masala (blend of ground spices)(blend of ground spices)– 1 spoon, salt, chilly powder – for taste, turmeric – pinch, oil – 1 spoon, parsley, curry leaves.

Method: - Take a dish and heat oil. Fry the chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chilly powder, turmeric, curry leaves. Then add chopped beans and stir the entire mixture. Pour half glass of water and boil the mixture on low heat. When it boils, add salt, sesame powder. Find add parsley and curry leaves. Stir the mixture and turn off the burner. Beans curry is ready to serve.
