LAL MIRCH KA SALAN

Method: - Fry sesame seeds, pea nuts, coconut and grind them in to paste each of them separately. Mix the ginger, garlic, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, methi powder. Grind the onions in to paste. Take a dish and heat the oil. Add mustard, curry leaves, onions and fry till they change in to golden brown color. Then add chilly powder, turmeric, grinded mixture and fry. When oil floats over the gravy, pour tamarind juice in it and boil until it thickens. Taste the gravy and add required salt. Lal mirchi ka salan is ready to serve.
