CORN IDLI
Ingredients: - Black gram – 1 cup, corn – 2 cups.
Method: - Soak the corn for 7 - 8 hours. Soak the black gram for 6 hours and grind it. Add corn to this mixture and keep it to soak for the whole night. In the next day, boil the mixture in idli cooker. corn idli is ready to serve.
