PUMPKIN CURRY
Ingredients: - Pumpkin – ½ kg, white sesame seeds – 50gms, tamarind juice – 1 spoon, (salt, chilly powder, jaggery – required amount, garam masala (blend of ground spices)– 1 spoon, ginger garlic paste – 1 spoon, pinch of turmeric, onion – 1, oil – 1 spoon.
Method: - Chop the pumpkin in to bif pieces. Take a dish and heat the oil. Fry the onions, pumpkin, ginger garlic paste. Then add turmeric, salt, chilly powder, jaggery, tamarind juice, garam masala and close the dish with a plate. Turn off the burner when the pieces soften. Pumpkin curry is ready to serve.
