SESAME BRINJAL
Ingredients: - Brinjal – ½ kg, white sesame seeds – 50gms, tamarind juice – 1 spoon, (salt, chilly powder, jaggery) – required amount.
Method: - Cut the brinjal slightly and fry them in oil. Sesame seeds are made in to powder. Fry the mustard, cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste. Add sesame powder, chilly powder, turmeric, garam masala. When they are fried, pour tamarind juice in it. Add fried brinjals, when the mixture gets heated. Boil the gravy until it thickens. Garnish it with parsley. Sesame brinjal is ready to serve.
