FINGER MILLET IDLI


Ingredients: - Black gram – cup, finger millet – 2 cups, rava – ½ cup, boiled (uppudu) rice.

Method: - Soak the black gram in water for half an hour and grind it. Add finger millet, salt in the grinded mixture and soak it for the whole night. Add one cup black gram, one cup boiled (uppudu) rice, two cups finger millet before we grind. The grinded mixture is boiled in idli cooker. Finger millet idli is
